[FFmpeg-user] ERROR: libbluray not found using pkg-config

I'm trying to compile ffmpeg with libbluray, but I get the following error:
ERROR: libbluray not found using pkg-config

My command to compile libbluray is the following:
cd ~/ffmpeg_sources && \
git -C libbluray pull 2> /dev/null || git clone --recurse-submodules
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/libbluray.git && \
cd libbluray && \
./bootstrap && \
