This is very offensive behavior from you. I'm simply stating fact that
you are not
telling the truth when saying that FFmpeg recommended to change
default vendor string
in encoded ProRes bitstream.
If you still wish to reinterpret reality differently and in that
process divert our users
out from real solutions, I kindly ask you to not do that.
Typo was in wiki written by some other people. Not part of official
documentation.
Wiki entries and modifications are not reviewed by any means. Anyone can add
entry, and entry can have issues/typos.
Do you ever see word recommended in FFmpeg documentation, in this prores case?
The actually recommended value is default one.
By your reasoning any value that can be set is recommended one.
