I did 
ffmpeg -y -i %%02d.JPG -i SligoAir_WhiteBlanket.mp3 ^
-vf zoompan=d=10:fps=1:s=5152x3864,framerate=fps=5:interp_start=0:interp_end=255:scene=100 ^
-pix_fmt yuv420p out.mp4

Which gives a nice result.

Is there a way to say : do the fade effect for all pictures, except the last (which is 14.JPG) ?
