I did this

ffmpeg -y -i %%02d.JPG -i SligoAir_WhiteBlanket.mp3 ^
-vf zoompan=d=10:fps=1:s=5152x3864,framerate=fps=25:interp_start=0:interp_end=255:scene=100 ^
-pix_fmt yuv420p out.mp4

Which do not give any error but destroys the fading effect
Could you give the complete command line ?
