[FFmpeg-user] No such filter: 'libvmaf'

Hi, I built latest vmaf from Netflix repo and ffmpeg 4.2.2 on Ubuntu
18.04.4 LTS.

./configure log tells me that libvmaf is going to be built, but the issuing
"ffmpeg -filters | grep vmaf”, only vmafmotion is found.

... vmafmotion        V->V       Calculate the VMAF Motion score.

When trying to use libvmaf, I get the following:

[AVFilterGraph @ 0x5567a0beeec0] No such filter: 'libvmaf'
Error initializing complex filters.
Invalid argument

Maybe there were some recent breaking changes in vmaf lib?
