[FFmpeg-user] why can't i use drive letter ?

this works which is great 
ffmpeg -v error -stats -y -i input -vf lut3d="/3DLUTs/001.3DL" output

but this does not 
ffmpeg -v error -stats -y -i input -vf lut3d="*d:*/3DLUTs/001.3DL" output

this is the error
