ffmpeg -i preprocessed.mkv -vf decimate=scthresh=0 -c:v libx264 -crf 18 -an
preprodec2.mkv -y

gives 138 frames when run alone, but 136 frames when run with 2 inputs and
ppsrc=1 . 

It's still unexpected behaviour
