[FFmpeg-user] How to set preview of video?

Hi, i wanna set preview  of any video? like thumbnail.

is ffmpeg supporting this property?

i am using this code  its other method...

ffmpeg -i video.mp4 -i image.png -map 0 -map 1 -c copy -c:v:1 png
-disposition:v:1 attached_pic -y out.mp4


but i wondered. can i set 15. seconds of video as  thumbnail. without
import any video or image?
