[FFmpeg-user] nvenc hevc encoding received "B-adapt disabled" messagee

Ah, had a look at the code and "-rc-lookahead" forces b-adapt and i-adapt to
become off.

Not sure what the real-world effect of removing that and having b-adapt is
vs leaving "-rc-lookahead" in ?
