[FFmpeg-user] stuck on ffmpeg version 2.8.15

Hi,

That's great. Then could you provide me with instructions to install a
recent working version of ffmpeg with Ubuntu 16.04? I was only installing
an outdated distribution because I could not find such instructions on the
official ffmpeg website.
