[FFmpeg-user] problem

ffmpeg -i CAN131800004_HDM.mp4 -y -c:v libx264 -vcodec h264 CAN131800004_HDM_1.mp4 
i use this commond,it can run ,but the video only have sound

For h264 you need to have build with libx264 encoder.
