[FFmpeg-user] Best webcam streaming setting using ffmpeg over RTMP module

Hi

I want to stream my webcam using ffmpeg over RTMP module

I do not want to stream the audio
I want the stream quality not over 640p
I want framerate about 10FPS only

This stream will be streamed over server not only over a local network

I tried my best to do it but I am so sorry because I do not understand it
