[FFmpeg-user] flashing green partial image in output video

Zoneminder using ffmpeg to produce short video from compilation of jpeg
images. Version info is in the log below. Resulting video has flashing
green covering about 2/3 of image.

ffmpeg input parameters (after the -i ) are:
