[FFmpeg-user] How to extract 1 frame as JPEG per minute

Now I found the real reason for the problem. ffmpeg 3.44 (current Ubuntu
version) says for my mp4 file:
  Duration: 01:16:20.42, start: -0.120000, bitrate: 1403 kb/s

but the latest static buils says:
  Duration: 01:16:20.42, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 1403 kb/s

With this I get CYD_002.jpg from exactly frame 00:01:00

so there is no worry about "I suspect your video does not start at "0".".
