[FFmpeg-user] UNABLE TO READ RTSP FROM IP CAMERA

I have a uniden/hikvison doorbell that does the same.  It seems that  
the rtsp protocol is not really compatible (the hikvison doesn't 
comply).  However VLC seems to be filling in the gaps.
