[FFmpeg-user] G723.1 conversion to PCM

Hello users group:

 

Two commands fail to convert G723.1 to PCM.  I have Verint software which is
currently converting these files; however, issue is I need to be able to
convert from a different server and don't have their software.  Can anyone
