[FFmpeg-user] blocked domain

[Martin German]

with this mirror works, but I cann't use it because I am using a script
that tries to clone the first repository
the script is
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/plain/scripts/create-uninstalled-setup.sh
