In FFPLAY, there is a hot-key to switch from one substitle to the other.
When i use it, it seem to do somethin (i notice in the DOS windows the
function is receive... but no substitle.

If the Substitle is not suported, why add this function ?

I just try MPV, but the latency are not good compare to FFPLAY, and another
application i tested.

VLC, Latency issue.. it added 1 sec, and can't lower that value at all,
unless there is a command line i didn't find.
