I trimmed 1 second from the beggining and its still 200MB, link to the file

The exact size of the original file is 1.MOV - 29,094,005KB This issue
occurs on all the files I recorded at 4k, the sizes are listed below
2.MOV - 311,185,558KB
4.MOV - 41,987,648KB
5.MOV - 121,165,767KB

I am unable to hear anything so its possible there is no sound (possible an
issue whilst capturing.
