Pavtube (aka i-loveshare and multipelife), among the dozens of similar re-branded clones, is Chinese software commonly spammed on countless forums, reddit, Stack Exchange, mailing lists, etc, by shills recommending it.

It is basically a GUI for ffmpeg and other open source software, but no efforts are made to comply with any licenses. They distribute ffmpeg with non-free components enabled.
