[FFmpeg-user] 答复: a Compiling error of ffmpeg3.4.2 on win10(64) platform: 'ERROR_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY' undeclared

Hi, Dear FFMPEGer,

I try to compile ffmpeg 3.4.2 ( source code was git clone from repository of the latest version)
on my PC of win10 ( 64bit )
Here is my compiling steps:
(1) install MinGW,  https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/latest/download?source=files
Installation location: c:/MinGW
I added 'call "location/vcvars64.bat" ' in 'msys.bat'
(2) install yasm ( win64.exe ),  http://yasm.tortall.net/Download.html 
Copy it to folder 'c:/windows/system32'
(3) then 'git clone https://github.com/FFmpeg/FFmpeg.git' in Git Bash
(4) cd to ffmpeg, run './configure --disable-static --enable-shared -arch=x86_64'
It spit a WARNING: 'pkg-config not found, library detection may fail'
And I ignored it, and run 'make', but failed;
