That's two years and two major versions old (and pretty much unsupported). 
And since it says "Unrecognized option 'activation_bytes'." either option 
was misspelled or the executable wasn't built with the parts for decoding aax.

Start by getting a current build from http://ffmpeg.org/download.html and 
try that.
