[FFmpeg-user] Getting started: how to enable filters

I got ffmpeg installed and path set, command line runs but I get the error:

"Unrecognized option 'libvidstab'
Error splitting the argument list: Option not found"

Do I need to enter a command to enable the certain filters I want to use?
