[FFmpeg-user] Use of the problem

Hi,

We are searching the program for our cloud service for commerical use, and
We want to confirm with you whether we can use it under the following
circumstances.
FFmpeg exe files and our services are on the server, the FFmpeg exe  will
 be run by the server-side and  it gets the results returned to our
service. Users can not access FFmpeg exe file or program through our
service.
Besides under the above situation, can me use it under the GPL License ?
