[FFmpeg-user] -t option in output parameter

Ok. 

I will Post the logs here again. Below are the some lines from Logs.

Input file #0 (/sdcard//Recording_FIFO_1.264):
  Input stream #0:0 (video): 301 packets read (2559184 bytes);
  Total: 301 packets (2559184 bytes) demuxed
Output file #0 (/sdcard//uuuu_1535093392.mp4):
  Output stream #0:0 (video): 294 packets muxed (2509136 bytes);
  Total: 294 packets (2509136 bytes) muxed
0 frames successfully decoded, 0 decoding errors

>From this I assume that I am sending 301 packets to the FFMPEG command.. and
only 294 packets are added in output MP4 File...
