[FFmpeg-user] -t option in output parameter

I have attached few logs in first post(edited) before already. I can add
full logs if required.

I had some idea about -vframes argument in FFMPEG. -vframes argument in
FFMPEG doesn't support stream_specifier. So in case If I have multiple H264
video stream inside single MP4 file with different FrameRate I can't
consider that "-vframes" option. 

For Example,
Stream 1: 1920x1080p: 10 Seconds: 30 FPS than -vframes 300
Stream 2: 640x480p:    10 Seconds: 22 FPS than -vframes 220
