[FFmpeg-user] Getting error when try to decode RTP playload with H263+ video codec

Hi All,
I am running below command to decode H263+ video
*".//ffmpeg -f h263 -i video.bin -f flv out.flv"*
Here:
Video.bin = This RTP playload dump contains video;
*But getting error:*
