[FFmpeg-user] DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K

Hi,

In my setup I have two decklink cards, 'DeckLink SDI Micro' and 'DeckLink
Mini Monitor 4K'

I'm trying to get "DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K" to work with ffmpeg but it
doesn't seem to be detected by ffmpeg.

When I run "ffmpeg -f decklink -list_devices 1 -i dummy" I can only see the
micro card!

I have removed the driver and installed it again, removed the sdk and
installed it again and even compiled ffmpeg again but it still not detected.

Decklink SDK can see both cards .. here is the output of ./DeviceList
