no it's not there - it's there where a option is removed and turned
into a hard error at the same time while the status quo
"--disable-ffserver" is the result anyways

when you switch between versions this is a problem and i am shocked
that it's so difficult to understand - in case you have a sane mind
and don't run "make install" but build packages the problem is even bigg
