Yes, since that commit has been in the repo since last year, all builds
from git master will include that fix. (No existing ffmpeg release has
that fix yet.)

To get the latest git master builds:
- Windows:
  https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/
  - select 20xx-yyyyy, the correct architecture, static linking
  -> Download Build
- Linux x86*:
  https://johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/
  - select the appropriate link in the (top) "git:" section.
- Mac OS X x86_64:
  https://evermeet.cx/ffmpeg/
  - select a snapshot build
