Do you really see the video of "test.mp4" after sec 10?

I've tried also with a git version updated just before posting the original
message:

ffmpeg version N-88289-g783535a4cd Copyright (c) 2000-2017 the FFmpeg
developers
  built with Apple LLVM version 9.0.0 (clang-900.0.38)

... just to be sure that the problem is not the platform I just tried it
also in an ubuntu box with this version:

ffmpeg version 3.3-1~16.04.york1 Copyright (c) 2000-2017 the FFmpeg
developers
  built with gcc 5.4.0 (Ubuntu 5.4.0-6ubuntu1~16.04.4) 20160609

... with the same result.
