[FFmpeg-user] Failed installing FFMPEG on CentOS

If you didn't manage to compile ffmpeg (the output from make tells me
it cannot have created a binary), how did you manage to execute ffmpeg
afterwards? Are you actually running a pre-installed binary instead?
