[FFmpeg-user] Can't configure libtheora on latest ffmpeg from git

After installing theora using: 

	brew install theora

I tried:

	./configure  --prefix=/usr/local --enable-gpl --enable-nonfree  --enable-libtheora
	ERROR: libtheora not found

As requested, I have attached config.log
