[FFmpeg-user] remap filter gives only black and white output

The xmap file is unfortunately broken which is
the reason I cannot reproduce:

$ md5sum xmap_1000.pgm ymap_1000.pgm
48e0e17b983df622613f90eea37c2e02  xmap_1000.pgm
8f7a2534cea72ea8b96a307ca3379b0c  ymap_1000.pgm
