[FFmpeg-user] Qt audio tracks muted

When outputting QT with multiple audio tracks, on the first one is flagged as active.
Now I found this documented, and ‘should’ be fixed, but it’s still the case.
(And it’s bad, as Premiere ignores those tracks.)
Anything I can do?
