then there are posibilities (1) you are using old ffmpeg (2) there is
bug in ffmpeg decoder what deblock h264 when it shoud not (3) AME is
encoding to different settings than prores_ks profile:v 1 (4) theres
problem with timestamps and ffmpeg trying sanitize it by blending frames
to keep framerate
please provide a small part of your source video for testing
