[FFmpeg-user] Create an AAC stream matching the Core Media Audio packet format / priming etc?

I agree with Mark here. 
Followed the issue now for a while and opened a similar (not went into this deep technical level) issue some time ago.

I guess it should be marked as a bug and - if possible - should be fixed.
