If you downloaded the Windows version of ffmpeg here:

it should have the showvolume filter:

By the way, I get:
[showvolume @ 0000000004d4cae0] Value 255.000000 for parameter 'f' out of range [0.001 - 1]

Documentation says:
‘f’

    Set fade, allowed range is [0.001, 1]. Default is 0.95.

What are you trying to achieve with 255?
