[FFmpeg-user] -b:a doesn't give me desired output bitrate

Thanks for those very clear replies. I guess there isn't any
particular reason I need to stick to MP3. I should have read
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opus_(audio_format) earlier, from which
I learnt that it is the replacement for Vorbis and also says (IIUC)
OPUS is more efficient than MP3. OPUS it is then. Thanks!
