[FFmpeg-user] RTSP stream + "dynamic" text into single stream

Hi,
I'am looking for a solution about how to add (dynamic) text into RTSP
stream from web-cam.
For example: I have two sensors (one is for temperature and another for
salinity). What I want is to "embed" or "draw" text which changes every
second into video from webcam.

For this purpose I have OrangePi PC with armbian and ffmpeg installed.

Is this possible? is there some example on how to build this kind of
"service"?
