[FFmpeg-user] FFMPEG resizing

Hello!

I have a problem, when converting the image: background becomes green, but not transparent.

command: 

ffmpeg -i "background.png" -vf "scale=192x192,format=rgba,boxblur=9,eq=saturation=1.9" -qscale:v 2 -vframes 1 background_resized.png

I found out that this is due to saturation parameter.
File as an attachment.

Tell me please, how I can resolve this problem, to get transparent background?
