[FFmpeg-user] Convert Single Image

Based on running the following command
ffmpeg.exe -y -i intro.jpg -r 1/5 -pix_fmt yuv420p intro_1.mp4

As an fyi - I had my own intro image
I downloaded this image from the web and renamed it intro.jpg and the issue
happens
