[FFmpeg-user] Windows command ffmpeg

Hi, I need help with commands of ffmpeg. I need record a streaming of
camera ip to mp4 file using h264, but i need generate files *.mp4 with
fixed duration in seconds or fixed number of frames if is better. How can i
do? Thanks
