[FFmpeg-user] Setting the default input framerate in conjunction with -f concat -i filelist.txt

Thank you a lot!
I tried /-r 30/ but I placed it before the /-f concat/ and it failed!
Placing it after /-f concat/ and before/-i/...
it worked as expected!
