If you cannot provide a backtrace (that is required
for every crash report), this is a very bad example
for a sample command line that you ask us to test.

Does it also crash if you use a native encoder
instead of libx264?
Does it also crash if you use file input instead
of dshow?
Does it also crash if you use file output instead
of rtsp?
