[FFmpeg-user] Compiling FFMPEG 2.8.7 fails testing

This is known to be broken (sorry if I have not mentioned
this originally), I believe configure warns about it.

It makes no sense to run fate with gcc 4.2.

This is not "the latest version" and I certainly didn't suggest
to download it.
