[FFmpeg-user] RTSP/H.264 stream - errors, smearing

Hello all!

I have a couple of Pelco ES5230 cameras, which I’m trying to capture video from. But I’m having a couple problems: one, I get lots of errors (as below) mentioning the SEI has been truncated; and two, after a few minutes I’ll notice the bottom half of the picture will frequently appear “smeared”. Any ideas?
