[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg -f lavfi with -i color / r flag behaves strangely

I'd like to add (Andy's explanation was completely correct) 
that I consider it a huge advantage that the input option 
-r, the output option -r and the framerate option of the 
color filter (that are all different options) all use the 
same character, it makes remembering the options much easier.
