[FFmpeg-user] --extra-ldflags not working

.a files are for static linking
.so files are for dynamic linking
--enable-static --extra-cflags='-I/usr/local/x264'
--extra-ldflags='-I/usr/local/x264 -L/usr/local/x264 -ldl'
