FFmpeg does not actually provide any binaries, but there are some
available from volunteers. I'm guessing that you got your ffmpeg binary
from Zeranoe. You should ask for help at the Zeranoe FFmpeg Forum.

Also, because your ancient OS is dead and no longer supported, do not
expect that anyone should feel obligated to support it.
